We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hatloom hat. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Sale items are non-refundable (exchange only)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo. We'll resolve the issue immediately at no cost to you.
