Shipping & Orders

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a flat shipping fee shown at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

US orders: 5–10 business days. UK & Europe: 7–14 business days. Rest of world: 10–21 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel every step of the way.

What if my hat doesn't fit?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Products

What materials are your hats made from?

We use premium natural materials including wool felt, cotton, linen, straw, raffia and merino wool. Each product listing includes full material details.

Do you sell hats for women?

Yes — many of our styles are unisex or available in women's fits. Look for gender tags on each product listing.

Are your hats suitable for all seasons?

Yes. We stock fedoras and flat caps for autumn/winter, straw and panama hats for summer, and year-round styles like baseball caps and bucket hats.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Sale items are exchange-only. Email hatloom.info@gmail.com to start a return.
